- Shipping & Delivery
- All items are shipped fairly quickly. Many times we process your order within 24 hours or less. We mail all items USPS. Delivery confirmation number is sent as soon as we ship your item.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout by USPS based on weight and location. All items are shipped from Texas. Shipping & handling fee includes cost of shipping, insurance, and all packaging.
For international orders, Trendy Shoppes is not responsible for any custom taxes. Please note that we have added another First Class shipping choice for international shipping based on weight. This is an inexpensive option but it DOES NOT include insurance. Purchase with caution. If you want to insurance, you will need to purchase at least priority international. Please note that we have experienced that this shipping can also take several weeks for your order to arrive. The confirmation only gives a delivery confirmation.
Free Shipping offer for orders over $100 will be shipped either First Class Mail parcel or First Class Mail international. Please note shipping time arrivals vary depending on where we ship and can take several weeks.
- Returns & Replacements
- We will accept returns if we mailed the wrong item to you, the item you received is damaged through shipping, or if you would like to exchange an item for a different size if we have it in stock. Your refund or exchanged item will be shipped as soon as we receive the original item back from you. We do not refund for any custom made purchases or shipping fees.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payments: We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal. If making a payment through your bank account via paypal, please note your order will be shipped once your payment has cleared.
Pricing: Prices are determined by our consignment designers. Prices of items are non-negotiable. All orders shipped to Texas will be charged the 8.25% sales tax.
Promotions: Coupon code can be entered at checkout. We do not apply coupons after the order has been received. If you experience any trouble with a coupon, we encourage you to contact us immediately.
